Terms & Conditions

Submission of an online registration is regarded as a confirmed booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Cancellation charges will apply for all bookings.

Payment

Please note that payment of all fees must be made in full and in cleared funds within 30 days of the submission of your registration. If you submit your registration less than 30 days prior to the first day of an event, then payment of all fees must be made in full and in cleared funds prior to attending the event.

Cancellation Policy

Substitutions may be made at no additional charge. If you wish to substitute a delegate, please contact PanAgora Pharma – info@panagorapharma.com

Any cancellation of an event registration for any reason, including any reason beyond the attendee’s control, are subject to a 25% reservation charge if the cancellation is made before September 7th, 2017. If the registration is cancelled after September 7th, 2017, we will obliged to charge the full fee. However, you will receive credit to attend any future PanAgora Pharma event. Attendees may also swap their passes with a colleague for no additional charge. PanAgora Pharma must be notified of all cancellations and name changes in writing.

Post-Conference Media

All conference slides, audio and video are released at the speaker’s discretion. Media content will be made available approximately two weeks after the conclusion of the event.

Agenda Changes

PanAgora Pharma reserves the right to make alterations to the conference agenda. If a speaker drops out leading up to the event, PanAgora Pharma will do everything in it’s power to find a suitable replacement.

Liability

Conference attendees are required to comply with the rules and regulations governing the applicable venue and/or accommodation. Attendees are responsible for property they bring onto the venue and any such property is brought onto, or left, at the venue at their own risk.

Data Security

The information given to PanAgora Pharma by attendees and subscribers will be recorded in the PanAgora Pharma database. PanAgora Pharma will not share, sell or rent this information to 3rd parties under any circumstances without the consent of the attendee or subscriber.
